Return Policy

If you are not 100% happy with your purhcase, please contact us right away at so we can explore any possible resolutions.

Signature/Custom Collections:  All sales are final on one of a kind signature collection and on custom pieces.

Sterling Silver Collections:   We will accept returns on collection pieces within 30 days of purchase date if item is unworn and new in original packaging.  Customer is responsible for return shipping costs and providing us with a tracking number.  We are not responsible for lost return packages.  Please include your name, address, email and phone number with the return package.  Upon receipt, a refund will be issued to the original credit card less shipping costs and a re-stocking fee.

Face Shields:  All sales are final on all of our face shield items.

Damaged Items:   If you receive an item that is broken or damaged, please let us know immediately and with photos if possible, and we will work with you to get the item sent back and repaired.

Please Note:  All of our jewelry is handcrafted and pieces may contain slight variations.  We consider this to be part of the charm of purchasing handcrafted jewelry.  Also, please note that all of the opals we use are natural stones and one of a kind.  We do not consider naturally occuring inclusions or imperfections to be flaws as they add to the character and uniqueness of the stones.
